1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading our mobile applications, or otherwise accessing Real Exchange (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including realtors, agencies, property owners, and visitors who browse listings or contact professionals through the platform.

2. Description of the Service

Real Exchange is a digital real estate platform that enables users to discover properties, publish listings and classifieds, manage inventory, and connect with verified professionals. Features may include search, maps, requirements boards, subscriptions, and related tools offered on web and mobile.

We may update, add, or remove features from time to time. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and to use real estate services in your jurisdiction.
• We may verify accounts and suspend or terminate access if information is false, incomplete, or if we detect abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

4. Listings & User Content

When you publish listings, classifieds, requirements, photos, or other content, you agree that:

• You have the right to share that content and the information is accurate.
• Property details, prices, sizes, and ownership claims are not misleading.
• Content will not infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws.
• You will not post spam, scams, discriminatory content, or material that harms other users or the platform.

You grant Real Exchange a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate and promote the Service. You remain responsible for your content and any transactions you arrange outside the platform.

5. Professional Conduct

• Communicate respectfully with other users and respond in good faith.
• Do not harass, threaten, or misrepresent your identity, agency, or authority.
• Do not scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service without our prior written consent.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, subscription limits, or verification controls.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Plan details, pricing, and billing periods are shown at purchase (including free trials where offered).

• Payments may be processed through supported methods such as bank transfer or mobile wallets (e.g. JazzCash), subject to confirmation by our team where applicable.
• Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew for the selected period until cancelled according to the process we provide.
• Fees are generally non-refundable once a subscription period has been activated, except where required by law or expressly agreed by us in writing.
• Mobile purchases may also be subject to Apple App Store or Google Play payment terms.

7. No Brokerage Guarantee

Real Exchange is a technology platform, not a party to property transactions between users. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the availability of properties, the suitability of any deal, or the conduct of other users. You are solely responsible for verifying property details, ownership, legal status, and any agreements you enter into.

8. Intellectual Property

The Real Exchange name, logos, app design, software, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, remove content, or restrict access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the Service will meet all of your requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Real Exchange and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, if any.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and process personal information.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service.
